Day 1: Hanoi – Mai Chau: 170 Km (L,D – Home Stay)
 
Motorbike tour to Mai Chau starts from the western outskirts of Hanoi at 8:30 am. Just after 45 minute riding we will be in countryside back- roads through some rural villages locating between hills and rice fields. Then get back to the bikes and keep motorcycle touring North Vietnam up to Moc Chau. To avoid the highway No 6, we will motorcycle on the small mountain road that was built by the French, this road is almost empty and offers very beautiful view of mountain. After lunch in Moc Chau we will hit all the way to Da river lake, after crossing the lake, we’ll have another great motorbike ride along the river, this ride promise to be the same as the coastal road Vietnam motorcycle tour. Day 3: Phu Yen – Mu Cang Chai – Than Uyen: 210 Km (B,L,D – Hotel stay)
 
We have “Pho” – a “must-try” food in Vietnam for breakfast. Depart at around 8:00 am. the ride today will be surely the highlight of the Northern Vietnam motorbike tour. Day 4: Than Uyen – Sapa: 110 Km (B,L,D – Hotel)

Back on the bike at around 8:00 and enjoy a great ride on the small winding mountain roads through some rural villages located on the mountain with nice terrace surrounded. Day 6: Thac Ba Lake – Hanoi: 180 Km (B,L)

They can copy the text but they can’t copy our good road if they just stay in the office with the computer. Upon on your request, we can offer a short off-road motorbike ride nearby Thac Ba lake. We have no choice for the last 20 km in Hanoi but riding slowly with many other local scooters back to the hotel in city center. HANOI - DONG VAN ROCK PLATEAU 4 Days

Day 1: Hanoi - Ha Giang (L, D)

Our guide will pick-up you at your hotel in Hanoi. On the way to Ha Giang we will visit Ethnology Museum in Thai Nguyen province. Arrive Ha Giang, visit a Tay village, stay with local people in their house.

Day 2: Ha Giang - Quan Ba - Yen Minh - Dong Van (B, L, D)
 
After breakfast get on car to Dong Van, on the way visit Lung Tam handicraft village of H'Mong hill tribe. Have some stops for taking photo and contemplate breath taking landscape of the area. Have lunch en route.
Afternoon visit some villages on the way. Visit Vuong Chi Sinh's house, a land lord of H'Mong hill tribe in the past.
Arrive Dong Van, check in guest house, free time to visit the small town.

Day 3: Dong Van - Meo Vac - Ha Giang (B, L, D)

Have breakfast and visit Dong Van Market (market day on Sunday). Depart to Meo Vac on Ma Pi Leng Pass. On the way you can visit Meo Vac or Lung Phinh market (if on market day). Have lunch in Yen Minh town.
On the way to Ha Giang visit a Dzao village of Na Khe. Have dinner and stay at a hotel in Ha Giang.

Day 4: Ha Giang - Hanoi (B, L)

Ha Giang trekking 5 days

Day 1: Drive Hanoi – Ha Giang

8:00: You will be met up with VietNam Typical Tour team at your hotel in Hanoi and transferred to Ha Giang via Tuyen Quang province.
Enjoy natural landscape, green fields, palm hill and villages. Upon arrival in Tuyen Quang town, we can make a stop and visit a village of the Tay. We will arrive in Ha Giang town in the late afternoon. Check into a local house for dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Ha Giang – Nam Mu. Ha Giang hilltribe villages trek.
 
After breakfast, you will be transferred to Nam Mu hydroelectric where you will begin the the 4-day trekking tour.
We will hike through local hilltribe villages mostly inhabited by the Dao people. We will make some stops on the way visiting local houses, talking with local villagers.
Late afternoon. We will arrive in a Dao village where we will spend the night.

Day 3:  Nam Mu – Quang Ngan – Len hamlet

After breakfast, we say good bye to the villages and continue our road trip to Viet Lam.
Upon our arrival in Viet Lam, we will have the opportunity to take a bath in the hotspring of Quang Ngan.
Check into a local house in Len hamlet of the Tay.

Day 4: Len hamlet – Ban Dang – Chat Tien – Ban Me
 
After breakfast, we will have a short walk exploring the village, taking some pictures of daily life.
Then we leave the village, following village trail hiking through Ban Dang, Chat Tien villages. These are two villages inhabited by the Tay and the Dao.
We arrive Me village about late afternoon. Check into a local house for dinner and overnight.

Day 5: Ha Giang – Hanoi.

Motorbike Tour To Ha Giang – 6 Days

Day 1: Hanoi Motorbike Tour to Thac Ba Lake – Vu Linh. 180 km
 
Start the motorbike tour to Ha Giang – north Vietnam at 8 AM from the Northeast side of Hanoi, we ride up to the North of  Hanoi by taking a small, winding road along the Red river. Day 3: Ha Giang  Motorbike Tour to The Dong Van Rock Plateau . 150 km

Day 1: Hanoi – Mai Chau : 170 km  (L,D – Home stay)

Ha Giang Weather

The topography of the province of Hà Giang is fairly complex with “temperate, but highly localized montane weather patterns create variable conditions among different regions”. It has very impressive land form of limestone and granite peaks and outcrops. It has three regions.
Climatically, it has two seasons, a dry and monsoon season dependent on the altitude of the region. The two northern Indochinese climatic zones on the border influence the climate in that part of the province. The lower areas in the province comprise low hills, the Lô River Valley and the town of Ha Giang. In Cao Bo district, the dry season lasts from mid-September until the end of May, and the balance period of the year is the rainy season. However, in Du Gia district the wet season set in one month earlier. The average annual temperature in the provincial city of Ha Giang City is 22.78 °C (73.00 °F); the monthly averages range from a low of 15.48 °C (59.86 °F) in January to a high of27.88 °C (82.18 °F)C in July.
The annual rainfall in Ha Giang City is 2,430.1 millimetres (95.67 in); the monthly average varies from a low of 31.5 millimetres (1.24 in) in December to a high of 515.6 millimetres (20.30 in) in July.
The average annual humidity level is 84%.
